1. Eligibility for Returns

- Any Ragdoll kitten purchased from our cattery may be returned within 3 days of the purchase date.
- The kitten must be accompanied by a health check certificate from a licensed veterinary doctor, confirming its condition at the time of return.

2. Conditions for Returns

- The kitten must be in the same health as it was at the time of purchase, excluding any issues noted during the initial sale.
- The kitten should not have been exposed to any illnesses or infections after leaving our cattery.

3. Refund Process

- Upon receiving the returned kitten and verifying compliance with the above conditions, we will process a refund.
- The refund will exclude any costs related to veterinary checks or transportation.

4. Additional Information

- Returns are not accepted after the 3-day period.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not met.
